- In another bowl, beat eggs with vegetable oil and milk until frothy; mix in half of the ube halaya.
- Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan, drop spoonfuls of remaining ube halaya on top, add the rest of the batter, and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
