  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ? cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ? tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter (or olive oil) and add minced garlic. Saut? until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking until pink (about 2-3 minutes per side).
  4. Reduce heat, then pour in heavy cream, stirring gently as it thickens.
  5. Stir in spinach, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet, tossing until well coated.
  7. Plate and garnish with extra Parmesan and lemon juice before serving.
