  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Set your Instant Pot to saut? mode. Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Stir in chopped onions and minced garlic; saut? until fragrant.
