  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and break it apart while cooking for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and broccoli to the skillet; stir and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green but still crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture in the skillet, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
