  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1/3 cup pure honey
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
