- 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 1 lb lean Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Swiss or Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 4 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in garlic powder.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them.
- Spread half of the cheese on the bottom halves of the rolls. Layer the cooked beef mixture on top and add the remaining cheese before placing the top halves back on.
- Mix melted butter and poppy seeds in a bowl and brush over the tops of the sliders.
- Bake assembled sliders in an oven-safe dish for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
