- 2 medium sweet yellow onions (thinly sliced)

- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400?F (200?C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined. Form into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and saut? for about 15 minutes until caramelized.
- Sprinkle flour over onions and stir well. Gradually add beef broth while whisking to combine. Simmer for about five minutes until thickened.
