  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 250g ground pork (or chicken/tofu)
  • 3 tbsp sesame paste (or tahini)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili oil (adjust to taste)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions until tender but firm. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground pork or chosen protein until fully cooked.
  3. 3. In another pot, combine broth, sesame paste, soy sauce, chili oil, and additional spices. Simmer gently.
