- 1 can (5 oz) canned tuna, drained
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt (divided)
- 3 sheets nori (seaweed), cut into strips

Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to your rice cooker?s instructions or on the stovetop until tender.
- In a bowl, mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise and sriracha if desired.
- Once cooked, season the warm rice with half a teaspoon of salt and gently fold it in.
- Wet your hands and scoop about half a cup of rice into one palm. Create an indentation in the center, add one tablespoon of tuna mixture, then cover with more rice and shape into a triangle.
- Wrap each onigiri with nori strips before serving.
