  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350?F (175?C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion; drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the meat mixture with black beans and cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
