  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1.5 lbs)
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup pure honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Add minced garlic on top of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken ensuring it's well coated.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot with two forks before serving.
