Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions. Spread it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, wet your hands and form the rice into compact squares (about two inches).
- Preheat the oven to 400?F (200?C). Bake the rice squares for about 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While baking, prepare toppings by dicing fish and avocado. Mix mayonnaise and Sriracha in a bowl.
- After baking, top each square with fish and avocado, drizzle with soy sauce, and add spicy mayo.
