Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tsp salt

- ? cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ? cup honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (plus extra for garnish)
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat about half an inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- 3. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown, about 5 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
- 4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and half the sesame seeds.
- 5. Return chicken to the skillet over medium heat and pour the sauce over it. Toss to coat and heat through for about 2 minutes.
- 6. Serve warm, garnished with remaining sesame seeds.
