- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red or yellow)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and saut? chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat and slice into thin strips.
- In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onions. Saut? for about 5 minutes until tender.
