- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 6 flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer half of the tortillas at the bottom of the baking dish. Top with half the chicken, black beans, salsa, and cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, salsa, and finish with cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving; top with sour cream and green onions.
