Instructions

- Roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thick on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch circles.
- Place a tablespoon of cherry filling on each circle, fold over, and seal edges tightly.
- Boil salted water in a pot, add vareniki, and cook until they float (about 3-5 minutes).
- Serve warm topped with sour cream or yogurt.
