- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp of oil. Add the sliced beef and cook for about 3-5 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another splash of oil if needed. Stir-fry minced garlic with bell peppers and broccoli for about 4-5 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss everything together until well combined.
- Gently fold in the cooked lo mein noodles using tongs or chopsticks until all ingredients are coated in sauce.
