Instructions

- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cold diced butter, mixing until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Bake the crust for about 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- While the crust bakes, whisk together apple butter, eggs, and cinnamon in another bowl until smooth.
- Pour the apple butter mixture over the baked crust once it cools slightly.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set in the center. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
