- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Stir in cocoa powder until well combined. Remove from heat and mix in chocolate chips until melted.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and let it cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine sifted flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and milk until a dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Once the fudge has cooled slightly, dollop cookie dough on top and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
