Instructions

- In a bowl, whisk together 2 tsp matcha powder with 1/4 cup water until smooth. Gradually mix into agar-agar solution while stirring.
- Add sugar to the matcha mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Pour half of the matcha mixture into serving cups and let cool slightly. Add a layer of red bean paste, then top with remaining matcha mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours or until fully set.
