- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 medium cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400?F (200?C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, parsley, garlic, onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- While baking, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl to make the tzatziki sauce.
- Serve warm meatballs with tzatziki.
