Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti or penne
- 1 lb shrimp (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet; cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
