  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking powder, and protein powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and milk until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until a soft dough forms.
  5. Turn out dough onto a floured surface, pat down to about an inch thick, and cut into biscuits.
  6. Place biscuits on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
