Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and optional chocolate chips. Mix until combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Allow to cool on wire racks for five minutes before enjoying.
