Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C). Grease or line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocados until smooth.
- Mix in brown sugar, eggs, and milk until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Spoon batter into muffin tins, filling each about three-quarters full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
