- Divide the batter evenly between prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While cooling, heat heavy cream until simmering and pour over chocolate chips; let sit for five minutes before stirring until smooth.
- For the raspberry filling, combine fresh raspberries with sugar and let sit to release juices.
- Once cakes are cooled, layer them alternately with raspberry filling and ganache. Frost the top with remaining ganache.
