- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
- Press the tofu between two plates with weight for 30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Slice the pressed tofu into thick slabs (about half an inch).
- Set up a breading station with flour seasoned with salt and pepper in one bowl, plant-based milk in another, and panko breadcrumbs in a third.
- Dredge each tofu slab in flour, dip in plant-based milk, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat; fry each slab until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Mix ketchup, soy sauce, and vegan mayo in a small bowl for the sauce.
