- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375?F (190?C). Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until flaky.
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions; reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, saut? minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Flake cooked salmon into chunks and add it to the sauce along with drained pasta. Toss gently, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired creaminess.
