Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1 ? cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ? cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 cup whole milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
