  • 2 cups fresh cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Blanch broccoli and cauliflower in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, then drain well.
  3. In a bowl, mix sour cream with half of the cheddar and mozzarella until smooth. Optionally add garlic powder or onion powder for extra flavor.
  4. Fold in the blanched veggies until evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on top, then add breadcrumbs for crunch.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
