  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup cooked and cooled shrimp (or protein of choice)
  • ? cup fresh mint leaves
  • ? cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ? cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions
